Our office accepts cash, check, and major credit cards. 
We also participate with most PPO insurances. 
Lastly, for those people without insurance, we offer a Membership Plan.

MEMBERSHIP PLAN:

The plan includes:
             a) two dental exams per year; 
             b) two prophylaxis per year (this is a routine dental cleaning); 
             c) X-rays include either full mouth X-rays which are taken 1 per 5 years or checkup x-rays which are taken 1 per year; and
            d) 25% discount of all dental treatments. (This will include any additional cleanings or periodontal cleanings.)

Full mouth x-rays capture detailed images of each tooth and the surrounding structures. Using a combination of bitewing and periapical x-rays, they are used to diagnose dental conditions such as gum disease, cavities, dental abscesses, and lesions.

A dental prophylaxis is a cleaning procedure performed to thoroughly clean the teeth. Prophylaxis is an important dental treatment for halting the progression of periodontal disease and gingivitis.

Annual Fee:
$350 for initial participant.
$300 for each additional immediate family members.
Children may be covered as additional family members until the age of 26.
This plan does not cover periodontal cleanings but such cleanings will receive the plan discount. 
The Membership plan does not work with insurance plans or other discount programs.
